Description

This beautiful stone house is a semi-detached property near Poreč, consisting of Villa Zita and Villa Parentium. Each villa is furnished in traditional Istrian style and has a private pool and garden. Villa Parentium has three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen and dining room, and a separate toilet. A baby cot, highchair, DVD player, satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi are also provided. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and include towels and linens. In front of the villa is a lovely garden with a swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, and a covered terrace with garden furniture, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue. The villa also has parking spaces in front of the house (three spaces). Pets are allowed (maximum one). The swimming pool is closed from November 1st to April 1st.
