This stylish 2.5-bedroom vacation apartment is located in Villa Clara and welcomes you with a spacious entryway featuring an antique wardrobe and chest of drawers. The comfortably furnished living-dining room and the small balcony offer a magnificent view of the lake. The apartment is complemented by a separate, well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. The high ceilings lend the apartment a particularly elegant and stately ambiance.

Villa Clara is situated in the midst of a well-maintained, park-like garden with palm trees, flowering shrubs, and expansive green spaces. From its slightly elevated location, a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore and the Mediterranean surroundings unfolds. The spacious lower lawn and the outdoor seating area with a pergola, a Ticino stone table, and lounge furniture are available for your use. A private path leads directly from the property to the lakeside promenade.

This charming non-smoking apartment enjoys a quiet yet central location, just a short stroll from the beautiful lakeside promenade and Minusio train station. Piazza Grande and Locarno train station are also within easy walking distance. To ensure a pleasant atmosphere and relaxing stay for all guests, we kindly ask that smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or on the balcony. Guests are, of course, welcome to smoke in the garden.

A parking space is available for your use. From there, you can easily reach the villa’s entrance via a few steps.

We felt very comfortable in Villa Clara from the very first moment. The apartment is well-equipped – nothing is missing, and the kitchen is fully furnished. TV and internet worked perfectly. The quiet location with a wonderful lake view is ideal: away from the hustle and bustle, yet excursion destinations and shopping opportunities are quickly accessible. There is a private parking space in front of the house. We can recommend the accommodation without reservation and would be happy to return!
