The modern, newly designed 1.5 room flat for 2 people consists of an entrance hall with cloakroom and a spacious living/dining room with double bed, a cosy sofa with pouf and a dining table, as well as a flat-screen TV and WiFi. The separate kitchen area includes a new fitted kitchen with modern electrical appliances. The bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin. Exit to the large balcony, which is furnished with a bistro table and deckchairs and offers a beautiful view of the garden. There is a reserved parking space in front of the house.
The flat is located in a flat block in a slightly elevated, quiet and central location in Minusio (Locarno). The nearest bus stop is approx. 300 metres away. From there there are regular bus connections to Locarno, Ascona and Tenero. Minusio offers many shopping facilities such as Lidl and Aldi or the large COOP shopping centre in Tenero just a few minutes away by car.

Minusio is a neighbouring town of Locarno and lies between Lake Maggiore and Monte Cardada. The church of San Quirico, first mentioned in 1313 and rebuilt in the Baroque style in the 18th century, is well worth a visit in Rivapiana, on the lake shore. Not far from here, directly on the lake, is the Cà di Ferro fortification, a castle-like building built by the Uri military entrepreneur Peter A Pro. The chapel dates back to 1630.
The town of Locarno with its 15,000 inhabitants lies on the northern shore of Lake Maggiore on the eastern edge of the Maggia Delta. The Monti della Trinità neighbourhood and the municipality of Orselina are nestled on the slope above the town. The valley station of the cable car to Cardada, Locarno's local mountain, can be easily reached by funicular railway from the centre of Locarno.
The town has a very special charm and many sights to choose from. The lakeside promenade, the Piazza Grande, the beautiful old town and the proximity to Ascona attract visitors time and time again. Absolute highlights with indescribable flair are the international film festival and the Moon & Stars music event on the Piazza Grande, as well as many other attractions in Locarno and the surrounding area.
