Welcome to the Schneehase holiday home in Winterberg – your perfect retreat for relaxing vacation days! The spacious house offers 102 m² of space for up to 9 guests and 2 small children and features four bedrooms, which ensure restful sleep thanks to high-quality beds and fresh bed linen. A bathroom with shower, bathtub, and hairdryer completes the comfort.

Enjoy time together in the inviting living area with TV and free Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and all necessary utensils makes cooking a pleasure. Two children's beds and two high chairs are available for families, so that even the youngest guests can feel completely comfortable.

Outside, the well-kept garden invites you to relax. On the large terrace with comfortable seating, a forest lounger, and sun sails providing shade, you can enjoy sunny days or mild evenings. A private parking space directly at the house ensures a stress-free arrival. The holiday home is exclusively for non-smokers and can also be booked for longer stays. Whether a winter holiday in the snow or relaxing summer days in the countryside – the holiday home Schneehase offers you a stylish setting for unforgettable vacation moments with family or friends at any time of year.

Bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar celebrations are not permitted in this accommodation. Parties/events are not allowed according to the regulations of the city of Winterberg.
Quiet hours: Guests must keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. In addition to the rental prices, a spa tax of €3.50 per night per person aged 16 and over must be paid.

Cancellation terms:

If the tenant cancels the reservation up to 60 days before the start of the rental period, it is agreed that the deposit paid or contractually agreed upon shall be retained by the landlord as a fee to be paid by the tenant. In the event of a later cancellation up to 20 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the agreed rent for the entire rental period is due; after that, 80% is due. I recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
