The entrance to the ski lift carousel, the Kuhlenberg cross-country ski trail, the nature and the Winterberg city are each in about 10 minutes walking distance

Here is the translation to English: In addition to the rental price, we charge a deposit of €150, which will be refunded to you within one week—provided everything is in order. Cancellations are free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. For cancellations between 30 and 60 days before arrival, 50% of the rental price must be paid. Cancellations less than 30 days before arrival will be charged 90% of the rental price. However, throughout the entire period, you have the option to nominate a replacement tenant for the booked period. In this case, the cancellation fees will not apply. The same applies if we are able to rebook the period ourselves. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
