Villa Leny is located in the quiet settlement of Majmajola, not far from Vodnjan, in the south of Istria. It is a ground-floor house that offers comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people, making it a suitable choice for families or smaller groups of friends. The nearest beaches are in the tourist resort of Peroj, about 11 kilometers from the villa, while shops and restaurants can be reached at a distance of 3 to 4 kilometers. The villa contains three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a television. Two rooms are furnished with double beds and have their own bathrooms, the third room is furnished with two separate beds, while the third bathroom is located in the hallway. The living room and the fully equipped kitchen with dining table form a pleasant and functional shared space. The landscaped courtyard with an area of 640 m² offers a covered outdoor dining area, a gas grill, and a private saltwater pool. The pool can be heated for an additional charge of €100 per week, which is especially convenient during the colder months. Three private parking spaces within the fenced courtyard are also available.

. Villa Leny is located in the quiet, idyllic village of Majmajola in southern Istria. It offers a perfect oasis of relaxation amidst Mediterranean nature, olive groves, and vineyards.

Shopping and gastronomy: The historic town of Vodnjan is only about a 5-minute drive away.

Beach and sea: The beautiful pebble beaches of Peroj and Fažana (starting point for Brijuni National Park) can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Culture and city life: The ancient port city of Pula is only about 15 km away.

Climate: Pleasant, sunny Mediterranean climate – ideal for pool and beach days in summer as well as active holidays in spring and autumn.
