The villa is located in the heart of Istria, in a small village near Vodnjan. It features a large 52 m² pool, two bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom, and a third separate bathroom that can be used independently. There is also a kitchen, a living area, and a dining area in a separate room. Enjoy the extra-large pool in front of the house. The property is situated on the edge of the village, surrounded by olive groves, offering a breathtaking view of the landscape.
Vodnjan is a town in the Istria County of Croatia. It is located about 10 km northeast of Pula and has around 6,000 inhabitants. Vodnjan is known for its many churches and palaces dating back to the period of Venetian rule.
The Brijuni Islands are an archipelago off the coast of Istria. They consist of 14 islands, the largest of which is Veliki Brijun. The Brijuni Islands are a popular tourist destination, known for their beautiful beaches, lush vegetation, and many historical sites.
Please note that a security deposit of €300 is required upon arrival. In addition, a final cleaning fee of €150 must be paid at check-in. If you choose to use the pool heating, there is a charge of €29 per night. Pets are also welcome and cost €10 per night. All mentioned amounts must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Very nice villa, it has everything you need. Great house, great pool, would love to come back. Nice little towns in the vicinity. Darco was always reachable and answered all our questions very quickly. Thank you ?
