With 81 m² of living space, the house offers room for up to 4 guests and an infant and is ideal for families or friends who want to spend relaxing vacation days together. Two bedrooms with comfortable beds ensure restful nights. For little guests, a crib and a high chair are available. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and other modern appliances invites you to cook together.
In the open living area, you can enjoy relaxing evenings in front of the TV or stay connected at all times thanks to free Wi-Fi. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and washing machine – ideal for longer stays as well.
In the garden, you can enjoy the fresh North Sea air, while the terrace with barbecue invites you to spend sociable hours outdoors. A private parking space directly at the house ensures a convenient arrival. The holiday home is exclusively for non-smokers and thus offers a pleasant indoor climate. Long-term renters are also warmly welcome to fully enjoy the special atmosphere of Neßmersiel.

The modernly furnished holiday home is located in an especially quiet and low-traffic cul-de-sac, offering an ideal central location.
In the tranquil village, which consists mainly of holiday homes, you will find a supermarket and a bakery within about 100 m walking distance.
Restaurants, a bicycle rental, and the indoor play park "AndersWelt" can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes.
For children, there are two playgrounds with football and basketball courts, one of which is approx. 200 m away, as well as a beautiful playground on the sandy beach.
The 25,000 sqm sandy beach and the harbor are easily accessible on foot along the salt marshes.
From the harbor, you can take guided mudflat hikes through the Wadden Sea National Park, or take the ferry to the island of Baltrum.
The lively Norden/Norddeich, Bensersiel, and the other North Sea islands are also quickly reachable.
