Haaksbergen is a unique spot in Twente. It features a bustling village center with many cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. Pleasant events are organized regularly. Haaksbergen is home to a theatre and a local railway from grandmother's time. For a visit to the casino or the cinema, you can go to nearby Enschede.

The house is entirely on one level, features underfloor heating, and is well insulated. The living room contains a coffee table and a sofa with a TV and Wi-Fi. Within walking distance, relax on the terrace at the historic Oostendorper watermill, while a subtropical swimming pool, sports park, and the beaches of Rutbeek recreational lake are just minutes away.
