Description

The holiday home has 2 parking spaces at the house, approx. 60 m² living space, two bedrooms on the 1st floor, on the ground floor a cosy living room with leather corner couch, satellite TV, stereo system (USB port, mp3), small desk, children's high chair and adjoining dining area and shower/WC with washing machine. The cooking area is fully equipped with microwave, toaster, 4-plate electric cooker with oven, refrigerator with separate freezer compartment (30 l), egg and water boiler, coffee, espresso and dishwasher. All rooms have thermostatically controlled electric heating.
The small garden with sandpit, swing, barbecue fireplace, garden furniture and terrace is completely fenced. In the garden house there are three bicycles, a handcart, a Bobbycar and a beach shell for free use (no functional guarantee).
Please bring towels and bed linen.
Distances: Sandy beach 300 m; supermarket, department stores' and petrol station 3.3 km; restaurant 150 m; playground, football pitch and spa park 500 m, bus stop 400 m, Breege harbour with passenger boat service to Hiddensee and the Störtebeker Festival 1.3 km; bicycle rental 800 m.

Location and surroundings of object

The cottage is situated in a quiet location in a group of five identical houses on a forest road with no through traffic and between Breege Juliusruh, 300 meters from a sandy beach and 400 meters from the lagoon. For Breeger harbor is about 1300 m. Quiet fishing village between the bay and the sea, between White Cliffs and Cape Arkona with 8 km long beach. Marina with boat rentals and passenger shipping to Hiddensee and the Sörtebekerfestspielen after Ralswiek.

additional information about rental price:

Plus visitor's tax (currently between € 0.80 and € 1.80 per person per day, children up to 10 years free; € 0.80 per dog per day).
Offer November to March (except over Christmas/New Year and Easter (see above)) :
2 weeks 480 €, 1 week 288 € (plus (60 € + 10 €/dog) + tourist tax and deposit (which is usually refunded). Arrival in season Saturday or Sunday.

Cancellation terms:

The tenant may terminate the rental agreement in writing. The cancellation fees are as follows: up to 3 months before the start of the rental period 10%, up to 2 months before the start of the rental period 50%, up to 1 month before the start of the rental period 80%, thereafter 100% of the rental price. Any subsequent re-rental will be offset against the charges.

Hygge Holiday Home

Just a beautiful family-friendly house in a great location with a lot of peace. Super equipped kitchen where you can cook well. Mattresses really good so that you get up without back pain. Contact with the Dauber family super nice, helpful, and very quick. We have already booked again for February 2027.

Sweet little house in the green

We arrived and quickly found the house (pay attention to the letters). There are 2 parking spaces available for cars - though some maneuvering may be necessary if the neighbors' spaces are occupied. We found the key in the lockbox (code-secured). On the ground floor, there is a spacious kitchen-dining-living area and the bathroom. In the attic under the roof slope, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a room with 2 single beds. In both rooms there is a wardrobe as well as a table and chair, and in the parent's room there is also a TV. Another TV is on the ground floor. The kitchen is superbly equipped, especially used: toaster, egg cooker, and dishwasher.
Special: Extensive collection of books, games, as well as various flyers and brochures of all possible sights on Rügen and in Stralsund - very helpful for planning activities! At the beach, you're there in a jiffy - a footpath through the forest, across the road, and you're almost there. And the fact that they have 3 bikes for use - excellent! We recommend the snack bar at the harbor for eating!!!

Perfect holiday accommodation

We rented the holiday home for 1 week to spend our holiday there with our eleven-year-old granddaughter and our two dogs. We were very satisfied with the accommodation, practically nothing was missing. The house was clean and tidy, the furnishings were great. It was not far to the beach, so that we could often go for long walks with our dogs. We were also able to do a lot with our granddaughter, e.g. visit the dinosaur park in Bobbin or the summer toboggan run in Bergen. Everything is not far from Breege.
It was a successful and relaxing holiday that everyone enjoyed. We can recommend the holiday home with a clear conscience and will - should the opportunity arise - holiday there again.

Holiday home with feel-good factor

We are 2 adults and 2 children and have already been guests at this detached holiday home for the fourth time, and as always, it was perfect. The owners have thought of everything you need for a holiday. The house has a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave, as well as a washing machine, which is invaluable when on vacation with children. There is toddler equipment available, and in the outdoor area, there is plenty of toys including a sandbox for playing. Also thought of are 3 bicycles and a barbecue.

In the immediate vicinity, there is a restaurant, and in the village, a bakery cart for fresh breakfast rolls and a shopping option. The beach can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot, a collapsible "trolley" is also available to transport all bathing suits and beach gear there. Even if the weather is bad and you don't feel like going on excursions, you can occupy yourself in the house as there is a selection of games available.

Certainly, we may have forgotten some things that would be worth mentioning, but everyone can see for themselves.

We can recommend the house without any restrictions and would love to come back. Many thanks to the owners and the caretaker of the house.

Simply great

Very nice and lovingly furnished house. Everything needed is available. The location is simply beautiful, with many opportunities for walking, hiking, etc. We really enjoyed it. Would love to come back!!!

Most beautiful vacation in a long time

In a beautiful quiet corner of Breege lies the cozy vacation home of the Dauber family. Beautifully decorated in maritime style with attention to detail, practical and comfortable for everyday life. Everything is already there - whether washing machine, dishwasher, stove and microwave, or outside - bicycles, beach tent & Co, even the handcart for families with children. We were three of us with two dachshunds and would have liked to stay longer, we felt so comfortable. If you don't feel like cooking, just go around the corner to "Winsurfer." Small, nice, and plentiful, you will be culinary pampered there with schnitzel on Schnitzel Day for 7.50, please don't eat beforehand, as the schnitzels are the size of shoe soles, size 48.
Had to take a 2-hour beach walk afterwards.
Ideal for the beach, take a bike/car towards Glowe. Fine sand and tranquility are reached after a short distance, we were at Point No. 2.
At the beach itself, one is well taken care of for little money by the drivers from the campground (coffee, ice cream, hot dogs...).
Recommended trips are Cape Arkona, Sassnitz, Bins-Baabe (ride on the Rasender Roland) and Granitz Castle.

For all those who come after us -- we wish you a great time.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Ruhige,abgezäunte Lage ideal für Kind und Hund.
Im Windsurfer gibt`s reichlich und gut zu Essen.

free time activities: Ruhe am Meer Richtung Glowe, Wandern rund um Kap Arkona oder Stubbenkammer, Ausflüge nach Saßnitz, Binz, Baabe und Schloß Granitz oder wieter weg nach Stralsund. Rasender Roland - unbedingt.

shopping facilities: Altenkirchen Netto Und Kaufhaus Stolz, Glowe Netto- Plus und LILA Bäcker.

Just like home :-)

We spent our holiday in this beautifully decorated house. The house has a lovely location and you can find everything you need. I particularly loved how it was so lovingly furnished for toddlers and dogs. The best part was playing in the sandbox and the trips to the beach with the wagon, where the whole family had fun. The terrace is a great place to relax, and the grill invites you to a lovely evening.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Schön ruhig gelegen in einem Wald. Ein kurzer Fußweg zum Strand und schon hat man einen wunderschönen Sandstrand der zum Muscheln sammeln und zum buddeln im Sand einlädt. Man kann auch mit Hund und Kind super am Wasser entlang laufen.

free time activities: Im Ort befindet sich eine schöne kleine Eisdiele mit leckerem Eis, mein Tipp Whiskybecher :-) Karls Erdbeerhof ist toll für Kinder zum spielen. Im Breege befindet sich ein schöner Hafen zum Boote ansehen, den man zu Fuß super erreichen kann. Ein Tagesausflug nach Sassnitz mit einer Bootstour zu den Kreidefelsen ist auch mit Hund ein tolles Erlebnis. Ein Besuch in Stralsund im Ozeaneum ist super interessant.

shopping facilities: In der Umgebung befinden sich alle Geschäfte die man braucht. Leckeren Räucherfisch gibt es bei der Räucher Kate und mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell beim Bäcker für frische Brötchen zum Frühstück.
