On the ground floor and one upper floor, there are four double bedrooms, a separate children's room, two bathrooms with shower and toilet, a guest toilet, and a hallway. Bed linens, towels, a crib, and a highchair are included. A washing machine is available. The fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher and microwave.

The garden house contains a sauna and solarium with a relaxation room (separate electricity meter, €0.25/kWh).

There are two terraces and a large lawn with mature trees for relaxation and play. A games room (table tennis) is available for inclement weather. Bicycle rental can be arranged. The house is located on a 300-meter private driveway.
