Welcome to the holiday apartment Art and Living near Lünebach – stay in a secluded studio house in the midst of nature. You will have your own floor, undisturbed and with a private entrance, outdoor area, and parking space. With 80 square meters, the apartment offers plenty of space to relax and unwind. The property is situated between the Lünebach and Prüm valleys, secluded on a ridge, surrounded by the beautiful Eifel landscape. You can observe many wild animals; the animal photos were taken directly from the house.
Suitable for:
Couples who value privacy, peace, and nature. Relaxation and recreation surrounded by landscape and nature. Due to the solid chestnut plank flooring, we ask you to bring house slippers.
The apartment is non-smoking. Smoking and pets are not permitted, nor are parties or events.

Wellness oasis
A wonderful place, so quiet, so green, that the heart opens wide! The tastefully furnished apartment, with a lot of atmosphere, definitely contributes to relaxation! Those who can forgo shopping, constant events, and the like grab hiking shoes, a bike, or a book and leave everyday life behind a bit. In the evening, one treats oneself to a small but fine apartment gallery tour. Or observes how the hare, fox, and deer meet for a rendezvous. The apartment lacks absolutely nothing. The Mancke couple, very friendly, is always open to questions and has the best tips ready. In short, it was very nice and relaxing!

Beautiful vacation in the Eifel
That was the most beautiful vacation apartment I have ever stayed in. Very lovingly furnished. Artworks in every room. The infrared sauna is great. The large vacation apartment is absolutely quiet on a field path. Every day, deer came by. The landlord was friendly and helpful without being intrusive. I felt very comfortable in the apartment and in the Eifel.

Het was in één woord: fantastisch!
We zochten rust en een mooie omgeving. Dat is gelukt. De woning biedt veel ruimte. De tuin buiten met de heerlijke stoelen maakte het compleet. Ook de omgeving: heerlijk rustig, je loopt zo de natuur in. Elke avond veel reeën gezien. Bedankt voor de heerlijk vakantie!

Indeed a dream vacation apartment including a dream environment.
Despite mixed weather, we had a wonderful vacation week in the Eifel.
1. The beautiful spacious holiday apartment is exceptionally tastefully furnished with many art objects. 2. Very friendly and helpful landlords. 3. Great surroundings with many nature experiences right outside the window (Red Kite, rabbits, deer, fox..) The perfect accommodation for nature lovers and hikers. Unreserved recommendation, we would love to come back.

We found a wonderful large and generously sized attic apartment at the Mancke family, which was cozy and warm heated in the icy cold and wonderfully furnished partly with their own artworks like a real private apartment. The Mancke family themselves were pleasantly reserved, always friendly, and grateful and open to all our wishes, tips, and suggestions. Timely support even on holidays. The surroundings are breathtakingly beautiful, and we were very lucky to be completely snowed in, which gave us a white Christmas while still being mobile. For couples who desire a lot of peace, our unconditional recommendation goes to the Mancke family. Best regards and once again thank you for the lovely Christmas time with you. Simone and Peter
