The spacious 100 m² offer space for up to 4 guests and invite you to feel at home. Thanks to the 2 sofa beds, 6 people have already found space here. Enjoy relaxing evenings by the fireplace or unwind in the sauna after an active day.
The modern kitchenette with oven, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine makes preparing your favorite dishes a pleasure. and the dishwasher will take some of the work off your hands afterwards.
At the dining table made of natural wood, everyone will find their place for shared meals, planning excursions, and playtime. You will also find very good restaurants in the nearby area. There is something for every taste.
On the sofa beds, for which you will also find soft toppers, you can cuddle up and relax in front of the fireplace. The TV has satellite TV and is also internet-enabled. You park in front of the house and are in the apartment in just a few steps, barrier-free. The shower is at ground level. A comfortable, wide shower stool is provided. There is also a bathtub.
By the way, the Eifel National Park is considered one of the most barrier-friendly national parks in Germany. There are special offers there for people with mobility, visual, hearing, or learning impairments.
The sauna is in the apartment and is available for your exclusive use. You will also find various sauna fragrances, a red light lamp, and a hot water bottle there.
The windows have mosquito screens so you can sleep without annoying, buzzing visitors.
Fairness is important to us, which is why we have the same prices all year round. Why should people who depend on holiday periods have to pay more? Fairness also applies to electricity and heating. Guests who use the sauna daily have different electricity costs than guests who place no value on sauna use. But don’t worry, everything is charged by meter and you don’t pay fantasy prices. For 3 hours of sauna you should expect to pay about 8 euros. Heating habits also vary, some guests like to have all the windows open while heating, some come in summer and need little or no heating, others prefer to heat with the romantic wood stove. The meter charges everyone fairly. Promise!
The apartment is centrally located in the small village of Voißel, right on the edge of the Eifel National Park. The "Kohlweg" leads from Voißel through the eastern part of the Eifel National Park.
Your four-legged, loyal companions are welcome.
The accommodation is exclusively for non-smokers and is also ideal for long-term renters. For fitters, the double bed can be replaced with single beds.

Explore the Rursee with its numerous hiking and cycling trails, discover the fascinating world of former mines and visitor pits, or experience history up close at the Kommern open-air museum. In Eifel National Park you will find picturesque half-timbered villages, castles, wildlife parks, and numerous leisure activities for families; everything is quickly accessible due to our central location.
Vogelsang IP is one of the most well-known excursion destinations in Eifel National Park. Here, history, nature, and culture meet. The former Nazi Ordensburg was transformed into a modern visitor and education center. Today it offers exciting exhibitions, guided tours, and events. Visit the permanent exhibition to explore the history of the place or let your gaze wander over the national park and the Urftsee from the viewpoints. Numerous hiking trails start here and lead through the interesting landscape of the national park.
Many areas are barrier-free.
There is also plenty for children to discover around the Eifelblick holiday apartment. At the Kommern open-air museum, historic houses, animals, and exciting hands-on activities await young explorers. At the Hochwildgehege Mechernich and the Wildfreigehege Hellenthal, children can experience deer, lynxes, and many other animals up close.
The Erlebniswelt Eifeltor provides action with a summer toboggan run, mini-golf, trampolines, playgrounds, and further attractions for the whole family.
An excursion to the Rursee with boat tours, swimming spots, and family-friendly hiking trails ensures unforgettable vacation days. The historic old town of Bad Münstereifel with its small alleys, cafés, and the popular City Outlet also invites you to stroll and enjoy. Those who want to experience the special Eifel flair should also visit the picturesque half-timbered towns of Monschau and Kronenburg.
The Eifel offers numerous bathing lakes with good water quality and a particularly beautiful natural setting. From Voißel, the Zikkurat can be reached in a few minutes by car (approx. 8 min.) and is ideal for a day trip – regardless of the weather.
Aktivi Jump & Fun in Kall (approx. 8 min.) ) is popular with families with children and a bad weather highlight. The indoor park offers a large trampoline area, a ninja course, many climbing attractions, several slides, and a separate toddler area for small and older children.

Summary: We felt very comfortable and had a great time!
The apartment matches the pictures. It is well-equipped and very clean! The sauna was great and very affordable. We paid 19 euros for 2 x 3 hours of sauna, cooking, watching TV, showering, etc. We were a bit skeptical beforehand and then positively surprised.
We received great tips for excursions, shopping, dining out, etc. received from the friendly landlord
We didn't use the fireplace, unfortunately; it looked inviting.
An absolute feel-good apartment! We recovered wonderfully, slept well, and ate well. The four-poster bed with the backlighting had a wonderful romantic touch.
It was very nice that the apartment is barrier-free. We also found the fly screens pleasant, allowing us to air out without pesky visitors.
Short walks were possible right outside the door. The only downside: The time was too short. . .

Feel-good apartment!
I felt very comfortable and well-rested! Good wellness factor from the sauna, the bathtub, and the fireplace. It was wonderfully quiet at night, and I slept great. The beds or mattresses were ideal for me! I'm already thinking about when I'll come back...laugh.

Relax vacation pure :-)
We have been to the holiday apartment several times, and we have always liked it. The location is quiet, but everything is quickly accessible by car. Perfect for couples who want to get away from the daily grind. Everything you need is available, lovingly furnished, clean, and cool in summer due to its ground floor location and partly underground. Nice terrace and bathroom with bathtub. Those who like can relax in the sauna during bad weather. Very nice landlords who provide helpful information about everything. TOP.

The perfect break
The photos capture everything well. The apartment is beautiful and was wonderfully cool on these extremely hot days. The landlady was super nice and had many tips.
We didn't miss anything in terms of amenities.
The sauna was a real highlight. We found the separate billing for electricity and heating costs very fair. Our sauna visit cost us, as announced, only a few euros.
The apartment is very central, everything is easily accessible. An ideal starting point for our excursions. We went hiking and enjoyed the trips to the small Eifel towns.
The Eifel, and especially this apartment, has not seen the last of us. ?
