Personal Welcome
Upon arrival, you will be personally welcomed by our host. You will be met at the main entrance of Urbanisation Los Flamencos and accompanied to the apartment. There you will receive the keys, be given a short tour of the apartment, and have the opportunity to ask any questions about the apartment or the surrounding area.
Check-in
The standard check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
Before your arrival, you will be contacted to arrange your expected arrival time.
Upon arrival, you will be personally welcomed at the main entrance of Urbanisation Los Flamencos. You will receive the keys, be given a short tour of the apartment, and have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
Check-out
Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
We kindly ask you to:
Gather used towels in one corner of a bedroom.
Dispose of all waste from the kitchen and bathrooms at one of the nearby waste collection points.
Close all windows, doors, and shutters.
Switch off the air conditioning, television, coffee machine, and other electrical appliances.
Check that no personal belongings have been left behind.
Before leaving, please open the Los Flamencos entrance gate. Leave all keys on the kitchen table and ensure the apartment door is properly closed.

When we discovered La Duquesa, we immediately fell in love with its unique atmosphere. Unlike some of the busier resorts, La Duquesa has retained its authentic Andalusian charm. Life moves at a gentler pace here. Mornings begin with a walk along the beach, afternoons are spent enjoying the Mediterranean sunshine, and evenings often end with a relaxed dinner by the marina.
