The accommodation combines a relaxed residential atmosphere with an excellent location within walking distance to the beach, marina, restaurants, and shops.
Through the private inner garden of the residential complex, guests have direct access to the beach. The charming marina Marina de La Duquesa is just a few minutes' walk from the apartment. Here you will find a wide selection of restaurants, bars, cafés, shops, a pharmacy, car rentals, fitness facilities, as well as a supermarket for your daily needs.
Los Flamencos is a gated residential complex that is accessible exclusively to residents and guests. This creates a secure, well-maintained, and quiet environment, while all important facilities remain conveniently within reach. Guests also have access to the communal swimming pool, which is reserved exclusively for residents and their guests.
The surrounding area is known for its authentic Andalusian character. In contrast to some of the busier resorts on the Costa del Sol, La Duquesa has preserved its relaxed and original atmosphere. The combination of beach, marina, and beautiful promenade makes it an ideal destination for couples and families. Casa Minsa is also an excellent starting point for discovering Andalusia. Popular excursion destinations in the nearby area are:

The accommodation is easily accessible from both Málaga Airport (AGP) and Gibraltar Airport (GIB). Málaga Airport is about an hour’s drive away, Gibraltar about 35 minutes. A rental car is recommended to explore the region flexibly. However, the beach, marina, restaurants, bars, shops, and a supermarket are within easy walking distance.

Personal Welcome
Upon your arrival, you will be personally welcomed by our host. You will be greeted at the main entrance of the Los Flamencos urbanization and then accompanied to the apartment. There you will receive the keys, a brief introduction to the apartment, and you can ask any questions about the accommodation or surroundings.
Check-in
The regular check-in time is between 3:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.
Before your arrival, you will be contacted to coordinate your expected arrival time.
Upon your arrival, you will be personally welcomed at the main entrance of the Urbanisation Los Flamencos. You will receive the keys, a brief introduction to the apartment, and can clarify any open questions directly.
Check-out
The check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
We kindly ask you to:
Collect used towels in a corner of one of the bedrooms.
Take the trash from the kitchen and bathrooms to the nearby collection points.
Close windows, doors, and shutters.
Turn off air conditioning, television, coffee machine, and other electrical devices. To check that no personal belongings have been left behind.
Please open the entrance gate of Los Flamencos before your departure. Then leave all keys on the kitchen table and carefully close the apartment door.

The residential complex has several entrances and exits. One exit leads directly to the adjacent park, another to the promenade with direct access to the beach. Thanks to this convenient location, the beach, promenade, and marina are within easy walking distance.
