Our cozy and modernly furnished holiday apartment is located in a lovingly converted barn and lies quietly in a tranquil district of Neustrelitz, about 3 kilometers from the city limits.
The ground-level and partially barrier-free apartment offers a comfortable space for 2 people. From the entrance, you step directly onto your own furnished terrace and into the well-kept, spacious garden. This offers a wide view of the adjacent forest and invites you to linger outdoors. Every season at Kluger See has its own charm: when in spring and summer the forests shine in lush green, when in autumn nature is awash in a sea of bright colors, or when in winter a white cap covers the landscape – here you will always find the ideal place to leave behind your daily to-do lists and clear your mind.
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, you will always find extra blankets and pillows in the apartment. For active holidaymakers, there is a secure storage facility for your bicycles directly at the house. You can also conveniently park your car in the private parking space at the house. Arrival is easy via the federal highway 96 (B96).

SURROUNDINGS, ACTIVITIES & CULTURE – Our holiday apartment is the perfect starting point to fully enjoy the nature, rich culture, and diverse leisure activities of the region. A special advantage is the location by the water: The clean swimming lake can be easily reached on foot from the accommodation in just a few minutes for a refreshing dip or a short walk. Directly from the accommodation, you can set out on extensive cycling and hiking tours into the nearby Müritz National Park. The landscape, rich in forests and lakes, is ideal for swimming, boating, paddling, stand-up paddling, and fishing.
The residential town of Neustrelitz forms the baroque heart of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Here you can visit the historic palace garden and the cultural quarter, stroll along the inviting city lakes, enjoy the lakeside promenade, or admire the unique star-shaped marketplace, one of a kind in Europe. Away from the traditional summer palace garden festivals, the well-known Basiskulturfabrik, located in an old tiled stove factory, attracts visitors with art-house cinema, exhibitions, and gastronomy. In addition, you will find excellent conditions here for extended inline skating tours, Nordic walking, and running training on well-developed paths – among other things, the area is the proud start and finish location of the major 300-kilometer amateur cycling race “Mecklenburger Seen Runde” (MSR).
For varied day trips, you can reach popular destinations such as the spa town of Waren (Müritz), the charming Röbel, the Four-Gate City of Neubrandenburg with its historic city wall, the island town of Malchow, the idyllic rafting town of Lychen, or the Kneipp spa town of Feldberg, each within a convenient drive of around 30 to 45 minutes by car. The entire surrounding area wonderfully combines untouched natural spaces with vibrant history.

As mobile reception also varies depending on the provider, this is the perfect place to consciously switch off and take a deep breath. For your private time on the mat, a yoga mat and a comfortable meditation cushion are provided for you in the accommodation.
