Description
The house has a spacious living, kitchen and dining area, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a hallway with wardrobe on the ground floor. A wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth in minutes, even in dingy weather. The ground floor also has infrared heating, making the house habitable all year round. Wood can be purchased cheaply on site
The windows in the house can be darkened and have sun and mosquito protection.
Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and an open area with a large desk with a view of the greenery and Lake Drew in the background. The Finnhütte can be used comfortably by 4 people
In front of the Finnhütte is an open terrace for barbecuing and relaxing. Sun and shade are selectable due to the vegetation on the property. A romantic covered terrace of approx. 20 m² belongs to the rental property. Here you can enjoy a sip of wine and listen to the raindrops pattering on the roof even when it rains without getting wet.
Another covered seating area is located in front of the boathouse and on the house's own jetty. From there you have a beautiful view of a small bridge and the Drewensee lake behind it, about 100m away. The house itself is located on the "Alte Havel" canal, which is only used by residents and is great for fishing directly from the jetty.
You can launch your boat from the jetty and use it to explore the lake district.
The first forest bathing spot at Drewensee is a 3-minute walk away, and the official bathing spot is less than 10 minutes away. Lake Drewen is closed to through traffic of motorboats and offers residents a paradise for fishing, swimming and sunbathing. The Schwanhavel is now known far beyond the borders of Mecklenburg as a particularly beautiful canoeing stream. Paddle from our house jetty through this idyllic stream to Wustrow, stop there for a meal and paddle back again. One dream day out of many!
You can paddle to the fisherman, who offers delicious smoked fish, in 15 minutes. Of course you can also use bicycles or go hiking. Ahrensberg is a village with less than 80 inhabitants. The "centre" is a cosy village pub with hearty food and daily meat on the spit
Boats can be hired from us at a reasonable price, two canoes with complete equipment (2 paddles, life jackets, seat cushions) are available, as well as a single and a double kayak.
Especially for our anglers we rent an Anka with motor.

The surrounding area offers countless tourist attractions. Enjoy the castle concerts in Rheinsberg, cycle to the culture barn in Klein Trebbow, visit the theatre in Neustrelitz or take a stroll in the castle park. Nature lovers will get their money's worth, as will art lovers and outdoor sports enthusiasts. Wesenberg is the nearest larger town (4 km) for shopping. Here you will find two supermarkets, a pharmacy, a drugstore, doctors, many pubs, a small harbour and a medieval castle. The cultural offerings in the area from April to September are truly overwhelming.

The cancellation must be made in writing. - From the day of booking confirmation by the landlord up to the 121st day before the start of the rental, no compensation is required. - From the 120th day to the 61st day before the start of the rental, the amount of the deposit is required. - From the 60th day to the 15th day before the start of the rental, 50% of the total price is required. - From the 14th day to the 8th day before the start of the rental, 80% of the total price is required. If you cancel less than eight days before the start of the rental, the full travel price must be paid.
