Depending on the apartment location, guests can enjoy either a private balcony on the upper floor or a terrace on the ground floor, perfect for slow mornings and relaxed evenings in the fresh ocean air.

The residence offers a fantastic range of leisure facilities, including a heated outdoor swimming pool, heated paddling pool, whirlpool, children’s play area, bike storage, and sauna & other wellness options. Outdoor parking is also available for added convenience.
