The house has 120 square meters of living space. It is divided into a 42 sqm large living room with living and dining room. Dining area, fireplace, TV, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, 2 toilets, kitchen with dining area.
The bedrooms are equipped with separate, comfortable mattresses a 1,90 x 2,00 m. Bed linen, towels can not be provided.
The kitchen equipment is fully equipped for 4-5 persons.
In the garden there is a covered outdoor grill, garden table, seating possibilities, Lie.

The distance to the beach is about 600 m. In between is a beautiful pine forest with a footpath towards the beach.
In the village there are 5-6 bakeries and several dining rooms; The market hall is open daily in the morning and in the small pedestrian zone are numerous shops, bars and wine locales.
Two larger shopping centers are at the town's entrance.
Wine lovers have the opportunity to taste the world famous Bordeaux wines directly from producers and their Châteaux, such as Châteaux Margaux, Lafitte, Pomerol, Rothschild and many more

Just like home - only more beautiful!
By now for the fifth time (twice this year) we have enjoyed our holiday in the beautiful, quietly located house with garden close to the beach for relaxing and barbecuing. Two trees are the ideal distance to hang a hammock, the house is cosy and equipped with more than everything necessary, so that you don't miss anything even if you are an amateur cook. The village of Soulac is simply beautiful, not a soulless retort, but a grown village centre with typical small houses made of brick, sandstone and wood (villas soulacaises). Even in August, you can find beaches a little off the beaten track that are not overcrowded. The area is ideal for cycling tours and (especially in autumn) for wine tasting. We recommend an ice cream at "Judici" and cannelés bordelais at the baker Jacques Bon.
Thanks to our dear neighbour Christian, who is always available for all our needs, big and small, we already feel very much at home and are already counting the months until we come back next year.

The beautiful pines
A very beautifully located house, quiet, with a large property, and yet close to the beach and the village. Very good equipment, a house suitable for taking a vacation and really getting away from everyday life, whether you're at the beach, cycling, or just chilling at and inside the house. Attentive landlords and a "supporter" on site.

It does not get any better than this
Once again in the villa of our hearts. And the weather was perfect all the time. Christian, the neighbourly good spirit of the house, introduced us to the good restaurants of the region this time, and in the house itself (and in the large garden) we experienced the tours with care. Absolute peace and quiet in the accommodation, refreshing outdoor shower. Good shopping facilities in the village. A large fridge with large freezer attachment in the well-stocked kitchen helps.The better we rate the house, the more "competitors" turn up. That is why we stop here.

Like God in Soulac
Dreamlike holiday in this top domicile. 10 minutes by bike to the centre of the village/beach. Very quiet villa area, shady spots in the large garden.very well equipped kitchen to process the fresh things from the market hall (large fish department). Good beds without back problems, gauze in front of the windows, so windows open and mosquito free!!! Very nice every end of May Soulac 1900, 3 days like at the turn of the century. Cabaret and music in every alley. Oldtimer parade, concerts in the evenings. Contact person for the villa in the neighbourhood. Extremely helpful, has good tips.great cycle path system in three cardinal directions. We will be back.
