The reception at the park was somewhat unclear, because there was confusion on which park we had to be. We were sent somewhere else a few times. There are 3 parks together. The cottage was fine, spacious and with good beds. Unfortunately there was no swimming pool in our park and no play possibilities. This is in contrast to the info on the site. We were allowed to use the swimming pool at the other park in low season. But it did not open on the promised date, so we could no longer use it. After much consultation with bell villa we have received compensation
