In the center of Sanremo, close to the Ariston Theater, all the main shops, bars and restaurants, and at the same time just a short walk from the sea and the beaches, two-room apartment for a family holiday or a group of up to 6 people!

The apartment, equipped with air conditioning in every room, welcomes guests with a living room with sofa bed for 2 people, flat screen TV, dining table with chairs, fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, citrus juicer, coffee machine and toaster. From the living room you go out onto the private terrace with a nice table with chairs for breakfast and outdoor dining!

The apartment, equipped with Wi-Fi internet connection, continues with the master bedroom with a comfortable double bed, the bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine; upstairs through an internal staircase there is the second bedroom with a bunk bed for two people overlooking the small private balcony.

Sanremo is also known for its beautiful sea and beaches, which make it one of the most popular places for summer holidays, thanks to its many well-maintained bathrooms and the port for those who want to reach it by boat.

Sanremo is only 45 minutes by car from the famous Principality of Monaco and a little more from the resorts of the French Riviera such as Nice, Antibes and Cannes.

For golf lovers, the Golf Club of Olives is 10 minutes away, while the Park of the Ligurian Alps is 60 minutes by car, where you can relax with long walks surrounded by the mountains.

Sanremo is easily accessible from Nice Airport, 65 km away, and Genoa Airport, 140 km away.
