Lucia al mare lets you plunge straight into the Mediterranean. The freshly renovated holiday apartment offers a breathtaking sea view in virtually every direction. The house is located directly above the Via Aurelia. Due to its hillside location, you enter the apartment via a few steps and yet float above everything, enjoying the unobstructed view. The apartment is renovated to a high standard and offers plenty of comfort. With 100 sqm, there is plenty of space for 3 bedrooms and a spacious living area. Through the large French doors, the dreamy balcony and the living area merge into one another, the blue of the sea is omnipresent here. Even on the shaded garden terrace with dining area and barbecue behind the house, you not only look into the green of the banana plants but also again and again at the sea.

It is only 300 m to the beach, but it is also just under a kilometer to the seaside resort of Ospedaletti with its many small restaurants, shops, and romantic corners. The famous Bordighera is also right next door. Even Monte Carlo, Nice, and the Côte d'Azur are just a stone's throw from here.
