Located in the center of Sanremo, very close to the Ariston Theater, all the main shops, bars and restaurants and at the same time very close to the sea and the beaches, a one bedroom apartment for a family or group holiday up to 6 people!

The apartment, located on the third floor in a building with elevator and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet connection, welcomes guests with a large and bright living room with two double sofa beds, flat screen TV, dining table with chairs and access to the private balcony.
The kitchen is located in a separate room and is equipped with stove, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, citrus juicer, coffee machine, toaster and dining table with chairs. For golf lovers, the Golf Club degli Ulivi is 10 minutes away and the Park of the Ligurian Alps is 60 minutes away, where you can relax with long walks surrounded by mountains.
