From here, Lake Balaton is not just a landscape – but an experience: during the day it sparkles with a thousand reflections of light, in the evening it bids farewell with golden sunsets. Our guests keep coming back because everything needed for true relaxation is provided here: From the apartments, a complete panorama of Lake Balaton opens up, showing a different face at every time of day. The private pool offers pleasant refreshment on warm summer days, while the spacious, sunny terraces with breathtaking views invite you to relax. The villa is located in a beautiful setting and is easily accessible – ideal for anyone seeking peace without wanting to forgo comfort. The entire place is characterized by a discreet, private atmosphere – as if this world were created just for you.
The comfortably and homely furnished apartment has two bedrooms and a large terrace and offers space for up to four people. A communal outdoor pool (26 m²) is available to guests, providing perfect refreshment on hot summer days.
The apartment is well equipped: satellite TV, unlimited internet access, and air conditioning ensure comfort, while the kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, and a small freezer compartment (10 liters). A washing machine provides additional convenience, and table tennis offers opportunities for active leisure. The windows and doors are equipped with insect screens. Parking spaces with electric gate are available.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, hand shower as well as a separate toilet and bidet, and an extra guest toilet with washbasin. Towels are also provided.
In the interest of peaceful relaxation, youth groups are not allowed, and unfortunately pets cannot be accommodated.
The homeowners occasionally live on the ground floor. The upper floor is also rented out to guests, but has a completely separate entrance.
