The holiday home is located in Balatonederics, in a picturesque setting at the foot of the Keszthely Mountains. The village is a pleasant, liveable place of residence and recreation for those who want to spend their free time with relaxation and fun.
The holiday house consists of two flats with completely separate entrances.
In the "big house" there is a bedroom with 1 double bed with size 160X200, a living room with 1 sofa bed (160X200), a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area,covered terrace with quality garden furniture.
In the back of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The upstairs room is air-conditioned (extra charge) with 1 double bed (160X200) and 3 single beds. There is a bathroom with a bathtub from here.
The pleasantly cool, cosy wine cellar under the house can be used by guests on request.
The well-kept, cosy vineyard farm offers guests a pleasant stay.
The holiday home also welcomes guests in winter and summer. For special holidays, please ask for separate offers.
The use of the air-conditioning as well as the electricity consumption and the heating in winter are charged separately after reading the meter.
Both flats, the courtyard and the swimming pool are used by the guest independently, the owner or another guest is not present.

Our expectations were exceeded! The holiday home has everything you need for a great holiday. With the two separate flats and yet common get-together, the great pool (out of sight! really great, the kids were thrilled) the view of the mountains (including a view of Lake Balaton 2 minutes away ❤️ ), in absolute peace! Nice neighbours, a small shop around the corner, a great lido (small prices, not overcrowded, quiet) great! The contact regarding the booking was also exemplary (questions, answers, knowledge of German?) We can recommend it 100 percent!

Dream holiday
