A great house with a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
The house is simply great. All beds were freshly made, the rooms as well as the bathrooms were very clean. The pool is 110cm deep. So it's perfect for relaxing for adults and inviting for older children. Of course, there are a few rules of conduct for the pool, but they are understandable and easy to follow. The garden is very large and well maintained. Every morning, the landlord of the house was in the garden and cleaned the pool, changed the water to wash his feet, and emptied the trash cans on the terrace. He was always very discreet and we never felt bothered by him. (I only saw the landlord because I was already awake every morning at 6:30am with our youngest child)
The kitchen of the house is well equipped. In addition to kitchen appliances like a coffee machine, kettle, and microwave, there was also enough dishes and cookware. The house has air conditioning.
The Balaton lake can be reached in about 7 minutes on foot, as well as a few small restaurants and shops. However, an Aldi, Lidl, Penny, Interspar, McDonald's, and other beaches can be reached by car (about 5-8 minutes). We (2 families) were able to relax super well with our children (a total of 8). Ideal for families with young children who want a relaxed vacation without stress. If you still want a day trip, you can find information about various activities in the area in the brochures provided in the house.
