Sehr schöne Wohnung mit zwei tollen Balkonen. Angenehm auch die Glasüberdachung auf dem Teil des Balkons mit Tisch und Stühlen, so kann man auch bei etwas Regen gemütlich draußen sitzen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 2. von drei Etagen. Es gibt einen Aufzug. Der zugehörige Tiefgaragenstellplatz befindet sich in Nr 4, also gleich nebenan. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig ausgestattet, die Beschreibung auf der Homepage ist zutreffendend. Die Fotos lassen die Wohnung jedoch deutlich größer erscheinen (vor allem Schlafzimmer) als sie wirklich ist. Aber für zwei Personen natürlich ausreichend. Wirklich angenehm ist die Größe der ebenerdigen Dusche. Bei Anreise war alles sauber und in gutem Zustand. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut. Die Ostsee kann man vom Balkon aus sehen, allerdings nicht ganz so nah wie wir angenommen hatten.

The apartment 11 on the 2nd floor of Villa Sanddorn is a very high-quality equipped and lovingly furnished 2-room apartment (living room with integrated kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and storage room) with two terraces (1x south and 1x northeast orientation, partially covered and usable in the rain, as well as with sea view and equipped with terrace furniture and loungers); very well accessible via elevator as well as stairs. Bicycle parking is available directly in front of the house and in the underground garage; fresh rolls are just 30 meters from the front door, and the beach is 50 meters away, rounding off the top accommodation. I felt very comfortable here and would gladly come back.
