Fallow deer roam freely in an enclosure right next to the property. This beautiful and comfortable holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of the annex on the farm. Several hiking trails lead directly from the house through the stunning rolling hills of the Sauerland. Cyclists and mountain bikers will also find excellent conditions and can set off directly from the farm, just like hikers. The small farm café, open on weekends, offers homemade cakes. If you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday home for scenic hikes or comfortable accommodation away from through traffic, this is the perfect place for you. Suggested day trips include: Biggesee lake/boat trips (8 km), Atta Cave (8 km), Panorama Park (20 km), castles (3-7 km), and an observation tower (6-7 km).

Quiet location, beautiful view, fantastic balcony. Unfortunately no internet: too far from the transmitter. That's a shame.

This is a lovely quiet spot where they keep fallow deer. On Sundays, you can also buy a delicious cake here :) Very friendly, relaxed, and helpful reception!

We are very shocked how it looked we went home 5 days earlier

freezing cold at night they turned off the heater

and the beds were terrible like lying on the boards

the apartment was like going back to 1940 very outdated and had to climb the stairs with my labador while he has a hip fracture

no never again

I would like to see a credit back, we had to save for this

and went back earlier out of necessity

Clean apartment with good beds and a beautiful view over the valley where deer walk. Right on the edge of the forest where there are good hiking trails.

The environment is beautiful. The view from the first floor holiday home is fantastic over the pond and fallow deer reserve. The welcome by the hostess was warm. Many opportunities for walking in the immediate vicinity.

We enjoyed our stay very hard in the studio for three persons. This was very well equipped and offered all the necessary comforts for a quiet holiday in the countryside. The farm is ideally located in the middle of the woods and not too remote. It is a wonderful base for walkers. Our dog has fully enjoyed her stay, she could just run around outside in the woods and play with the dog of the house. The Winterberg ski resort is a short drive, but there are small ski areas nearby. When there is lots of snow, definitely recommended (less crowds!). The owners are friendly and for children it is a nice place. Price-quality is an excellent choice!
