The summer house is suitable for a maximum of four people. It is an atmospherically furnished accommodation with 2 bedrooms and a modern bathroom with toilet and shower.
When you enter the summer house, the kitchen is on the left. In the bright living room with wooden floor and air conditioning, which is located on the right, you can relax on the comfortable sofa, watch TV, or share your holiday photos thanks to free Wi-Fi.
In the living room there is a dining table with comfortable seating for up to 4 people.
There is also a bathroom on the lower level. This is equipped with a toilet and a modern shower.
On the upper level there are 2 bedrooms with windows. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, nightstands, a television with Netflix, and air conditioning.
The other bedroom has 2 single beds and a wardrobe.
The well-kept, fenced garden with comfortable seating for 4 people invites you to relax outdoors. After a day at the beach, you can enjoy your own whirlpool and unwind. The summer house "Playa del Egmond" is located 250 meters from the beach and the promenade and 1 minute from the village.
Egmond aan Zee is a seaside resort in the municipality of Bergen in the province of North Holland.
Egmond consists of 3 villages: Egmond aan Zee, Egmond-Binnen, and Egmond aan den Hoef.
Egmond aan Zee is the best known of the 3 villages.
More than 1000 years ago, a fishing village was established here, but since the beginning of the last century, the village has also been interesting for tourists. Both the fishing industry and the touristic past are still clearly visible in the townscape. On the beach promenade stands the prominent Jan van Speyk lighthouse, which is also easily seen from the village.
The village offers holidaymakers plenty of entertainment. There are many terraces, restaurants, and a shopping center where everyone will find something. In summer, an event with lots of village entertainment is organized every week, which can be enjoyed from a terrace on Pompplein square.
Egmond aan Zee has numerous shops, boutiques, restaurants, cafés, and of course the beautiful lighthouse.
The shops are open seven days a week all year round and are easily accessible.
Immediately after the development of Egmond aan Zee begins the beautiful natural landscape of the North Holland Dune Reserve. Egmond can offer both a beach, as well as a beautiful promenade and an inviting village center. You certainly won't get bored on the beach, as numerous activities are often organized here. Egmond is also located in a beautiful area, surrounded by expansive dunes. Very close by, there are also other lovely excursion destinations such as Bergen aan Zee and the forests. Cycling, horseback riding, and hiking are very popular in this area. Egmond aan Zee is also located near Alkmaar, a city that is rich in culture and history, such as the famous cheese market, which is also worth a visit.
Amsterdam, Haarlem, and Alkmaar are easy to reach.

Central and very good holiday apartment
The holiday apartment is well-equipped and new. It is centrally located near the city center and the beach. Everything is within walking distance. Conclusion: Great accommodation in a very good and quiet location in the middle of Egmond aan Zee. Excursion destinations like Amsterdam, Alkmaar, or Bergen aan Zee are easily accessible.

Das Ferienhaus bieten alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Vermieter super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

We had a wonderful vacation in Egmond aan Zee.
The apartment is very centrally located. The beach and shopping options are within walking distance and can be reached in just a few minutes.
Sabrina was always reachable and was immediately available for questions.
