Description

The bright apartment is on the first floor and offers everything needed for a relaxing holiday (including Wi-Fi). It is suitable for two people or a small family. The cozy living room with open, fully equipped kitchen is the center of the apartment.
From there you can access the balcony with a view of the spa park.
There is a double bed in the bedroom. Next to it is the bathroom with shower and natural light. The apartment has underfloor heating. The car parking space is on the property. Bicycle parking spaces are available for bicycles.
The apartment is designed for two people. A third person is only possible by arrangement.

Location and surroundings of object

The holiday apartment is located on a narrow road with no through traffic in a very quiet area in the heart of Zingst. The immediate surroundings are characterized by the spa park and the original buildings. When the sea wind blows, you can hear the sound of the Baltic Sea and the seagulls. The promenade, the beach, the pier, and a variety of dining options are all within easy walking distance. On the opposite side of the narrow street is the spa park with the playground and the fitness equipment. The bike paths on the Baltic Sea dike are less than 5 minutes away.
