Description
The holiday home is about 60 sqm. You will live in a cosy living-room, in a big kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, combi-fridge etc., and in a snuggish bedroom for 2 with cable-TV. The bathroom has got a tub with a shower, WC and a washing-machine.
Our highlight is a big terrace (about 20 sqm) with a view on a horse meadow.

Location and surroundings of object
Papenburg is a small town situated in the north west of Germany just about 15 km away from the Dutch border. The city has got lots of canals which formerly were built to drain the surrounding moors. You can do fishing here as well as riding your bike in the flat countryside.
We're situated in a small urban area just in the middle of the centre 'Obenende' in Papenburg. Our house is the last house in a dead-end-street where definitely is no traffic at all so it is absolutely quiet with us.
You will find a big supermarket as well as some nice restaurants within a 5 minutes walk.

After the bike tour, relax on the rooftop terrace.
We really enjoyed the holiday apartment. It has a lot of atmosphere. Everything you need is there. The landlords are very helpful and friendly.
The peace and quiet is wonderful - you can leave the windows open at night.

Comfortable, cozy holiday apartment in a very quiet location. The landlords are very nice and helpful. We felt very comfortable there. Shopping facilities are right next door. Papenburg and the surrounding area have very well-developed bike paths. There are many interesting destinations for excursions.

We have been going to San Guglielmo for years because we love and appreciate the seclusion and the special friendliness of Monika and Christian. Great agriturismo for connoisseurs.
5 stars for the surroundings, developed hiking trails on the doorstep. Thanks for the tip Ansedonia/Orbetello lagoon absolutely worth seeing.
