In addition to the 2 bedrooms inside, the holiday home "von Velen" offers a spacious living and dining room with a fully equipped open-plan fitted kitchen. The living room consists of a cosy dining area and a TV place. Internet access via WLAN is also possible in principle. The "good room" in the holiday home offers enough space to have breakfast, to sit together or to have lunch or dinner in a sociable round. Here you can plan the next day's excursions in peace and quiet

The holiday home is surrounded by small canals and green spaces, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The house is surrounded by trees and offers plenty of space on approx. 80 m² of living area. Around the "von Velen house is a generously laid out natural garden. Here you walk "as if on cotton wool", if only because of the high peat content in the soil. An idyllic lake borders directly on the garden of the holiday home. The lake is part of a comprehensive complex of biologically, ecologically constructed buildings in the direct vicinity of the holiday home. Due to the quiet location, the lake and the adjacent canals are often visited by swans, ducks and herons. In the surrounding area, buzzards, pheasants, herons and many other animals can be observed, which have become very rare in other parts of Germany. "Simply pure nature"
