Description
Our cozy and spacious holiday home "Susi" is located in a very quiet, traffic-calmed area. A total of 5 beds in three bedrooms are available to you. In two living rooms, each equipped with a TV and DVD player, you can spend relaxing hours. A separate fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower/WC, and a separate WC on the upper floor are also available. A supermarket with a bakery can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Holiday guests are warmly welcome!

The holiday home Susi is located on a quiet side street (30 km/h zone) in the Vosseberg district, exactly between Obenende and Untenende.
With us you will find restful sleep and, if you wish, your well-deserved peace for your vacation. Papenburg is Germany's oldest and longest fen colony. Canals shape the cityscape in Papenburg at Obenende and Untenende and were for a long time the main development axes. The network of canals stretches from the harbor on the Ems (Untenende) to the Coastal Canal in the southeast (Obenende), covering about 14 kilometers.
The Untenende forms the center of the city. Here you will find almost all important public institutions, most shopping opportunities, and cultural offerings. The Obenende is a large residential area and offers historical features of the canal city.
The main attraction and at the same time the largest employer is the Meyer Werft. Every year at least one luxury liner leaves our small but remarkable city and sets out into the wide world.

Again and again gladly
A big praise to Angela and Reinhard. They took great care of us. When we arrived, there was already cake on the table and we were warmly welcomed.
The equipment left nothing to be desired. Cooking and dining utensils were more than sufficient, and there were no limitations on hand and bath towels. Even washcloths were available, which we were not used to in vacation rentals.
In short, we felt completely at home.

Very good, very kind landlords.
We have been going to this vacation apartment for several years and always look forward to the next time.
Whether in spring or autumn, it is always something special.
The landlords are always helpful and in a good mood. We are spoiled every time. Upon arrival, coffee and cake are always ready.
For us, it always feels like coming home. Our children also always look forward to this vacation. They are fully accepted despite their disability and are always warmly welcomed. One can plan many excursions, such as a visit to the Meyer Werft, Leer, Norden Norddeich, or spontaneously take a trip to Norderney.

A beautiful and clean vacation.
We had a lovely week in the holiday home. We had sunny weather and were out and about a lot. The house is clean and cozy. The bed on the ground floor is great. We did not use the beds on the upper floor. On August 17th, it was our 52nd wedding anniversary, and we received beautiful flowers from the garden and a delicious bottle of red wine.

Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Koch- und Essutensilien waren mehr als ausreichend vorhanden, auch bei Hand- und Duschtüchern gab es keine Einschränkungen. Sogar Waschlappen waren vorhanden, was wir sonst aus Ferienwohnungen nicht kannten.
Kurz, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.
Egal ob Frühjahr oder Herbst,es ist immer etwas besonderes.
Die Vermieter sind immer hilfsbereit und gut gelaunt.Werden jedes Mal verwöhnt.Bei der Ankunft stehen immer Kaffee und Kuchen bereit.
Für uns ist es immer wie ein nach Hause kommen.Unsere Kinder freuen sich auch immer auf diesen Urlaub.Sie werden trotz ihrer Behinderung voll akzeptiert und sind immer herzlich willkommen.
Man kann viele Ausflüge,wie Besuch bei der Meyer Werft,Leer,Norden Norddeich oder spontan Mal einen Ausflug nach Norderney planen.
Am 17. August war unser 52. Hochzeitstag und wir bekamn wunderschöne Blumen aus dem Garten und eine köstliche Flasche Rotwein.

Das Haus ist groß und sehr sauber, man hat alles was das Herz begehrt und auch die
Fahrräder sind sicher untergestellt.
Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen, der soooo lecker war.
Bessere Vermieter kann man sich nicht wünschen .

Wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt.
Es ist geräumig, sehr gepflegt und hat eine gute Lage. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wir hoffen, dass wir mal wieder das Glück haben, das Haus buchen zu können.
Eine großzügige Zimmeraufteilung ermöglicht den Rückzug auch mit mehreren mitreisenden Personen. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, und auch mehr.
Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, also genau das richtige zum Erholen. Es gibt viele schöne Möglichkeiten von Besichtigungen im nähren und auch weiteren Umkreis und auch nach mehreren Aufenthalten entdeckt man immer wieder etwas Neues.
Unsere Vermieter sind tolle Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und empathisch und wenn etwas fehlen sollte, wird das kleine Problem sofort gelöst.
Mit anderen Worten, ich (wir) kommen wieder. Beste Grüße.

Die Unterkunft " Susi" war vom Platzangebot dafür wunderbar geeignet. Auch die Ausstattung war für uns perfekt.
Für uns war auch sehr schön, dass es einen abgeschlossenen Innenhof gibt, indem die Kinder spielen können und auch dürfen. Die Familie Ohersthaller ist sehr sehr kinderfreundlich und die Kinder fühlten sich sofort wohl.
Wir werden mit Sicherheit bei der nächsten Reise nach Papenburg wieder "Susi" wählen. Es war einfach perfekt für uns.

Es war wie nach Hause kommen.Der Empfang war wieder sehr herzlich, wir kamen zu Freunden. Ausflüge mit Fahrrad sehr zu empfehlen.Waschmaschiene/Trockner alles funktioniert einwandfrei.
