Description

The “Marie II” holiday home in Schönberg-Holm is a detached property in a rural setting, yet only around 600 metres from the sandy beach and the sea. With 100 m² of living space spread over two floors, the house can accommodate up to 8 people and is particularly suitable for families or groups of guests who value a short walk to the beach, plenty of space and a full range of facilities. Children and babies are also welcome; pets are allowed, with a maximum of 2 animals permitted.

In total, there are 5 rooms available, including 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers, a toilet, a window and a make-up mirror. The house is a non-smoking property and has privacy screens on all windows. The living area, featuring a sofa corner, sofa, TV and wood-burning stove, creates a pleasant setting for spending time together, whilst the dining room and dining area with a dining table offer ample space for meals and convivial evenings. For entertainment, there are 5 TVs, a radio, CD player, hi-fi system and Wi-Fi with speeds from 100 Mbit/s.

The open-plan kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is functional and fully equipped. Among other things, you will find a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. Tea towels and a starter kit are also provided, ensuring your stay gets off to a comfortable start.

The outdoor area offers particular highlights, including a garden, terrace, covered terrace or balcony area, balcony, garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol and a charcoal barbecue. After a day at the beach, the private sauna invites you to relax. In addition, a washing machine and tumble dryer for your use, a clothes horse, a vacuum cleaner, a chest of drawers and a coat rack are available. Heating is provided by central heating, supplemented by underfloor heating.

There are 2 free private parking spaces at the house for your arrival; a car is recommended. In the surrounding area, you’ll benefit from the proximity to a supermarket, restaurants, playgrounds and a wide range of leisure activities such as swimming, walking, cycling, jogging, beach volleyball, fishing or sightseeing. A beach chair on the beach is already included and adds extra comfort to your stay by the sea.
