Description

The “Sansibay” holiday home in Schönberg-Holm is a detached, non-smoking property situated close to the beach, offering comfortable accommodation for up to six people across 80 m². With three bedrooms, a total of four rooms and two bathrooms, the property is particularly well-suited for families or groups of friends. Children and babies are welcome; pets are allowed, and up to two dogs may be brought along. Two free private parking spaces are available directly at the house; a car is recommended.

The accommodation is on the ground floor and has one storey. The sandy beach and the sea are only about 650 m away. The location in Schönberg-Holm combines proximity to the water with a rural setting. Restaurants, shops and a supermarket are nearby. The surrounding area also offers a wide range of activities for active holidays, including cycling, walking, jogging, swimming, beach volleyball, fishing and sightseeing. Playgrounds and family-friendly facilities make the location particularly attractive for holidays with children.

The house comes with its own beach chair on Kalifornien beach during the season from early May to late September.

Inside the house, you’ll find a cosy living area with a sofa corner, sofa, TV, radio, hi-fi system and wood-burning stove. There are three TVs in total. The open-plan kitchen is connected to the living room and is practically equipped. This includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, as well as kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery and tea towels. A dining area with a dining table and a separate dining room provide a pleasant setting for shared meals.

The two bathrooms are each equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, window and make-up mirror. A washing machine for guests’ use, a drying rack, a vacuum cleaner, a coat rack and a chest of drawers complete the practical amenities. Bed linen, a starter kit and Wi-Fi with speeds from 100 Mbit/s are also available. Central heating, underfloor heating and privacy screens on all windows provide additional comfort.

Outside, the enclosed property with a garden, terrace, covered terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol, beach chair and charcoal barbecue offers plenty of opportunities for relaxing outdoors. A special feature is the private sauna, which makes your stay pleasant even in the cooler months.

Wir waren insgesamt mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Wir hatten auch einen kurzen und sehr freundlichen Kontakt mit dem Besitzer des Hauses, der uns auch ein paar Insider Tips gab. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war sehr umfangreich und sehr ansprechend und gemütlich. Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Auch der tolle Garten, der viel Auslauf für unseren Vierbeiner bot war ein echtes Highlight. Dass man nun nicht die 1000% Sauberkeit erwarten kann, wie man es vielleicht zu Hause hat, sollte man einfach wissen. Es gab vielleicht hier und da ein paar Ecken die man hätte gründlicher reinigen können. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub.

Ein sehr schönes Haus. Kurze Wege zum Strand (ca. 400 Meter). Ein schöner Ort zum Entspannen. Toller eingezäunter Garten, Spielgeräte für die Kinder und der Hund kann sich frei auf dem Grundstück bewegen.

Beautifully furnished house just a few minutes from the beach. From here, you can start great excursions in all directions, whether on foot, by bike, or by car. There is a bike rental just a few hundred meters away from the accommodation. The property is very well-maintained and completely fenced. The contact and booking process was smooth and friendly. We would love to come back! :-)
