Description
Our East Frisian house is located in a cul-de-sac with no through traffic – far from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to reach everything you need for a relaxing North Sea holiday within a few minutes on foot or by bike.
Our holiday home is completely fenced in. A new terrace roof and a newly landscaped garden invite you to relax in comfort.
You will be personally welcomed upon your arrival and instructed in all matters. Our on-site support is always available for you if needed.
We want satisfied guests and are happy when you return!

Rental prices
The prices are based on a minimum stay of 7 nights and occupancy of up to 4 people. Each additional person is charged at EUR 10.00 per day. The prices include the costs for final cleaning, internet via fiber optic connection, bed linen and towel package, as well as gas, water, and electricity. If you arrive with your electric vehicle, our wall box is available for you. The electricity price for the wall box is currently 0.39 euros per kWh.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax is composed as follows:
The municipality of Dornum charges a tourist tax for guests (see statute).

For people with disabilities: If you have a severely disabled ID card, you do not pay a guest fee from a disability level of 80%. If your disability is under 80%, you pay the full guest fee. If a B = companion is entered on the severely disabled person's ID card, this person is also exempt from the guest fee. Please be sure to present your severely disabled person's ID card when the spa cards are issued.

Holiday home in Neßmersiel: North Sea, mudflat hiking, and relaxation right on your doorstep!
The officially recognized coastal resort Neßmersiel is a quiet village located away from the usual tourist hustle and bustle.
A modern holiday home area designed with typical Frisian houses offers a relaxing vacation for every need.
There is an approximately 25,000 m² bathing beach with beach chairs and playground equipment.
A specially designated dog beach is available for guests with dogs. In Neßmersiel there are various restaurants, cozy inns, a tea room, a bakery, an Edeka shopping center, bicycle rental, etc.
At the harbor (crossing to Baltrum) you can watch the ferries to Baltrum and the leisure captains at the harbor restaurant over coffee and cake.
There is much to discover there not only for children but also for adults. Well-developed bicycle paths and various sports and leisure activities in the nearby area: fishing, swimming, beach volleyball, cycling, skating, horseback riding, surfing, dike walks, flying stunt kites, etc., contribute to relaxation and recreation.
Neßmersiel is the "Mecca of mudflat hikers." From here, guided mudflat hikes led by experts start through the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park and to the islands of Baltrum and Norderney. The path to the family-friendly beach and to the BaltrumLine pier along the salt marshes is an experience. Countless plant and animal species are found worldwide only in the salt marshes of the North Sea coast. Additionally, the salt marshes are breeding and resting areas for entire populations of many bird species.
Neßmersiel is not loud and not big. But that is exactly its charm. A place of calm that breathes. Here you can forget everyday life, simply relax, and just let life flow.
