Our 3-room holiday apartment, furnished with high-quality furniture, is located only 400m from the beach and the center. It consists of 2 bedrooms, each with 2 double beds and high-quality mattresses. One bedroom has a TV. In the cozy living room with dining area, we installed a new kitchenette in 2019 with stove, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and much more. In the living area there is a second TV. Television and a radio with Bluetooth. From the southwest balcony you can enjoy the afternoon sun on multi-position chairs. An awning and a sun umbrella protect you from the sun. Exterior shutters are available as well as insect screens on the windows. In the daylight bathroom there is a shower, a hairdryer, a cosmetic mirror, and a bathroom stool. In the storage room you will find the travel cot for the little ones, which will of course be set up for you, as well as a high chair. Wi-Fi is free. There is a free parking space for cars at the house. A bicycle shed with handcart is available. The visitor’s tax is billed separately by the landlord. A linen package can also be booked here if needed. You will be contacted automatically about this. We do not accept pets. Smoking only outside the apartment. Booking only in German or English, please!

The holiday apartment is located on a quiet side street, but nicely central to the beach or the Bodden.
Many shopping opportunities are within walking distance.
The free parking space is included in the rental price.
Excursion destinations are Stralsund with its old town and the maritime museum, Rostock or Warnemünde with a fantastic old town and the Alter Strom.
Many beautiful bike tours through the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park are possible here.
