This newly built villa pampers you with a breathtaking, wide view of the sparkling water and is located in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood in the idyllic west of Cape Coral – the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation.

The spacious pool with integrated whirlpool invites you not only to swim, but also to relax under the Florida sun. For music fans, we have installed the Sonos speaker system (Wi-Fi speakers). This allows you, among other things, to listen to your favorite home radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.

Immerse yourself in the pure holiday feeling and experience unforgettable days full of relaxation, comfort, and enjoyment at Villa Happy Place.

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. About 30 min from Fort Myers airport and 2 hours from Tampa to the house. 2.5 hours to Orlando with its many parks like Sea World, Disney World, or Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples into the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with a yacht club. The most famous ones, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, or Captiva Island, can also be reached in 35 min. In the area you will find many shopping opportunities. The nearest large supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Large shopping mall and outlet stores in 20 minutes. The water park Sun Splash is located in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is situated right between the dreamlike islands of Captiva, Sanibel, and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.
