The spacious pool with integrated whirlpool invites you not only to swim, but also to relax under the Florida sun. Let your soul unwind and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere as you leave everyday life behind in the refreshing water.
The living area of the villa radiates brightness and friendliness and is lovingly furnished so that you immediately feel at home. High-quality tiles run throughout the entire house, perfect for allergy sufferers. The cozy couch invites you to movie nights in front of the large TV. The modern kitchen is a paradise for any hobby chef: spacious and fully equipped with all necessary appliances. Start the day with fresh coffee from the classic coffee maker or the convenient Keurig machine. Directly adjacent, a large dining table invites you to enjoy breakfast together or end the day with a cozy dinner.
Four stylish bedrooms offer you private retreats, each with its own bathroom and TV. Two of the rooms open directly onto the pool terrace through sliding doors and offer a fantastic water view; one of the bathrooms has direct access to the pool.
The centerpiece of the villa is the outdoor area: the large saltwater pool can be electrically heated and is operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. In principle, it is a freshwater pool without chlorine. You are guaranteed to have no more irritated eyes. Surrounded by sun loungers, a BBQ grill, an outdoor shower, and a whirlpool, the terrace becomes the ultimate place for sunny days and balmy, magical evenings. Under the covered terrace, a large dining table invites you to enjoy and celebrate together – perfect for unforgettable moments with family or friends. A pool fence for the safety of children is also available.
The private boat dock with its spacious tiki hut is an idyllic spot right on the water. Here you can enjoy the view of the canal with a refreshing drink, read an exciting book, or simply watch the sunset. Start your boat trips to Florida’s beautiful beaches right from here!
With modern amenities, no wish is left unfulfilled: Wi-Fi throughout the house, TVs in every room, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, and a garage parking space ensure that your stay is as comfortable as it is luxurious. For music fans, we have installed the Sonos speaker system (WiFi speakers). This allows you, among other things, to listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.

In addition to the good house amenities, you will also find beach chairs, a cooler, and beach equipment for your excursions in the garage. A boat rental is recommended! ! ! In Florida, no boating license is required and the boat you rent from us is located directly at your booked villa, so you can, for example, head to the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! With a bit of luck, you may spot dolphins. The boats available for selection can be found directly on our website. When booking, you can then select the boat you want.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is also only permitted in the outdoor area. With our floor plans, which you will find at the end of the photos, we would like to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house.

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. About 30 min from Fort Myers airport and 2 hours from Tampa to the house. 2.5 hours to Orlando with its many parks like Sea World, Disney World, or Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples into the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with a yacht club. The most famous ones, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, or Captiva Island, can also be reached in 35 min. In the area you will find many shopping opportunities. The nearest large supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Large shopping mall and outlet stores in 20 minutes. The water park Sun Splash is located in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is situated right between the dreamlike islands of Captiva, Sanibel, and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.
