In the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, kettle, and WMF coffee machine, you can prepare your favorite dishes and drinks together. For little guests, two baby beds with changing mats and a high chair are available. Board games create a sense of togetherness. Bed linen, towels, rental bathrobes and sauna towels, as well as a washing machine with integrated dryer, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer are, of course, provided. There is a storage room for skis in the carport, and in the house there is a shoe drying room with a shoe dryer.

Our guests receive the Hochkönig Card: Daily free use of the mountain lifts in Maria Alm, Dienten, and Mühlbach during the summer season. Sports equipment transport for one uphill ride per day. Daily use of the Hochkönig hiking bus according to the schedule. Unlimited entry to the outdoor swimming pools in Maria Alm and Mühlbach. One free uphill ride per stay with the chairlift at Biberg and one free ride with the summer toboggan run. Weekly guided hikes in Maria Alm, Dienten, and Hochkönig. Guided E-MTB and MTB tours.
