The apartment is located on the upper floor of a Wilhelminian-style building from 1904, which has been restored in keeping with its original condition. Bright rooms, tall windows, and classic proportions define its character. On a wooden veranda reminiscent of the former Art Nouveau veranda, there is now a balcony with a view of greenery, extending the living space.
The living room is generously proportioned and flooded with light. It is furnished with a seating area and TV. There is also a music system with which you can listen to your music, simply connect your phone.
The kitchen is functional, bright, and extensively equipped – ideal for preparing fresh ingredients from the market or the daily catch, which is offered directly from the boat down at the harbor only about 300 meters away.
The bedroom is quiet and also offers access to a balcony where the morning sun invites you to breakfast. The bathroom is equipped with classic Italian tiles and retro-style fittings.
This apartment is especially suitable for guests who appreciate a quiet location close to the water and are looking for a place with a personal touch that is more than a standardized holiday accommodation.

Holiday apartment in Heikendorf at Schröderstraße 6: Enjoy just a few steps from the Baltic Sea beach!
The apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac above the harbor, which can be reached on foot in about 300m, as well as the nearest bathing beach. At the harbor, there is regularly fresh fish directly from the cutter. You will also find cafés and restaurants there. The town center with shops is about 1km away, the Kiel city center is 13km away.
