This holiday apartment will be available for the first time in 2026 after a comprehensive renovation. All rooms are newly furnished and combine contemporary living comfort with subtle design elements in the style of the 1920s.
The living area is comfortably designed and equipped with a couch, an armchair, and a flat-screen TV with TV and radio reception. The couch can be used as a sleeping option for one person if needed. The wall design in white and gold tones gives the room a bright and inviting atmosphere.
The separate kitchen offers a comfortable dining area and a modern, fully equipped kitchenette. The equipment includes a dishwasher, oven, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, microwave, fridge-freezer combination, as well as sufficient dishes and cutlery. A kettle, toaster, and coffee machine are also available. The beautiful bedroom in sage green with gold-colored accents is furnished with a double bed (180 × 200 cm), a spacious wardrobe with a large mirror, as well as a Roman blind with blackout function.
The bright daylight bathroom is fitted with marble-look tiles and features a real glass shower, toilet, towel warmer, hairdryer, and a window.
A parking space directly at the house is included in the price. A lockable, ground-level bicycle room is available for bicycles.
Maximum occupancy: 3 persons (the apartment is suitable for children aged 5 and above).

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday apartment is centrally located in Saßnitz and offers short distances to many destinations. The town center as well as the harbor with restaurants, cafés, and fish snack bars can be reached in about 10–15 minutes on foot. Bakeries, shopping facilities, and other stores for daily needs are also within walking distance. A bus stop and the Sassnitz train station are not far away and offer good connections to regional public transport. The location is therefore equally suitable for guests without a car.
The holiday apartment is a good starting point for exploring Sassnitz and the surrounding area – including the promenade, the long pier, and the hiking trails in Jasmund National Park with its famous chalk cliffs.
