Dolphins are guaranteed. The Crowline E4SX Bowrider, which belongs to InStyle, as well as other boats to choose from, can be found directly on our website. You can select the Crowline E4SX Bowrider or another boat directly.
The boat lift is available for the Crowline E4SX Bowrider. For other boats, the boat dock can be used.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. With our floor plans, which you will find at the end of the photos, we would like to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house.

About 30 minutes from Fort Myers Airport and 2 hours from Tampa to the house. 2.5 hours to Orlando with its many parks like Sea World, Disney World, or Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples into the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with a yacht club. The most famous ones, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, or Captiva Island, can also be reached in 35 minutes. In the area you will find many shopping opportunities. The nearest large supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Large shopping mall and outlet stores in 20 minutes. The water park Sun Splash is located in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is situated right between the dreamlike islands of Captiva, Sanibel, and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.
