The popular Surfside Blvd. / Beach Pkwy. area in the southwest of the city near the mangroves offers the perfect combination of relaxation and activities.
From the moment you enter, you’ll feel the relaxed Florida lifestyle: high ceilings, an open floor plan, and large windows that let in bright daylight and offer a view of the garden with pool. The furnishings combine comfort with style – ideal for relaxation and personal vacation moments.
The living area is open and connects cozy seating, stylish decor, and plenty of daylight. For music fans, we have installed a Sonos (WiFi speaker) sound system. This allows you to listen to your favorite radio stations from home or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area. The modern kitchen invites you to cook together or simply mix a fresh smoothie in between before heading back out into the warmth of Florida. Whether you prepare a hearty breakfast (Nespresso coffee machine available) or enjoy a relaxed dinner in the evening – this kitchen offers everything!
The bedrooms are comfortably and invitingly designed, so you can sleep restfully after a day full of sun, pool fun, or excursions. Each room offers access to its own bathroom, as well as a TV.
The true centerpiece of your stay, however, will undoubtedly be the spacious outdoor area. The private pool sparkles in the sun and offers you a refreshing cool-down at any time of day. In the morning, you can swim a few laps while the first rays of sunshine dance across the water’s surface. The pool and spa are electrically heated and operated with a modern, skin-friendly salt system. During the day, the large west-facing terrace with its loungers and seating invites you to relax or read a good book. There is also a TV for movie nights. The integrated spa area gives you soothing moments of relaxation in the evening – accompanied by the sight of the sunset, which bathes the sky above the water in glowing colors.
The direct access from the villa to the canal opens up additional possibilities: watch passing boats, plan a boat trip to Sanibel, Captiva, or Ft. Myers Beach, or simply enjoy the special atmosphere created by the water.
If you want to go out, you can reach beaches, restaurants, cafés, and shopping opportunities in a short time. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing day at the beach, a stroll through town, or nature experiences – Cape Coral and the surrounding region offer everything that makes a perfect vacation. The Sands Park near the villa is perfect for leisure activities such as pickleball, tennis, basketball, golf putting green, and cornhole, and offers BBQ stations and a playground.
In the garage, you’ll find a cooler as well as beach chairs and beach equipment for your excursions.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
With our floor plans, which you’ll find at the end of the photos, we want to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house.
A boat rental is recommended!!! In Florida, no boating license is required and the boat you rent from us will be moored directly at your booked villa, so you can, for example, head to the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! With a bit of luck, you may spot dolphins. The boats available can be found on our website.

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. About 30 minutes from Fort Myers airport and 2 hours from Tampa to the house. 2.5 hours to Orlando with its many parks like Sea World, Disney World, or Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples into the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with a yacht club. The most famous ones, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, or Captiva Island, can also be reached in 35 minutes. In the area you will find many shopping opportunities. The nearest large supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Large shopping mall and outlet stores in 20 minutes. The water park Sun Splash is located in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is situated right between the dreamlike islands of Captiva, Sanibel, and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.

In the event of withdrawal from the rental agreement, the following cancellation fees apply:
• From the start of the rental agreement: 20% of the invoice amount
• From the 90th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the invoice amount
• From the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 100% of the invoice amount
The relevant date is the date your notification is received by CoralVilla. If received on a Sunday or public holiday, the next working day is considered the date of receipt.
If your deposit is not received by us within 5 days after receipt of the booking confirmation, we kindly ask for your understanding that the booking will be cancelled by us.
A withdrawal from the rental agreement is no longer possible 30 days before the start of the rental period. All payments already made (reservation deposit and final payment) will be forfeited. If the final payment is not made on time, this will be interpreted as a cancellation and will result in the loss of the deposit.
