The detached architect-designed house impresses with its charm, location, enclosed garden, and its condition (renovated 2025). 2 minutes/80 m to the beach! Our completely modernized studio offers you a wonderful sea view from the large and wind-protected terrace. Sun from morning until late afternoon, and in between, always going for a swim in the sea. Vacation under palm trees, lined with hibiscus, bougainvillea, cacti, and oleander. 2 deck chairs and a breakfast table with chairs invite you to linger. The studio features a new, semi-circular designer bathroom with a large shower, a new and well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, huge refrigerator with freezer compartment. . . ) a 43-inch monitor with internet connection and international TV channels. Free Wi-Fi via fiber optic. The living/dining room has a dining table with chairs as well as a cozy lounge sofa. Very nice beach holiday
We are guests at this landlord for the 3rd time. This year we rented the completely renovated 2-room apartment. It leaves nothing to be desired; as every area actually meets current standards. We are, as always, very satisfied and will gladly return.

Dream vacation, great relaxation
The house is beautifully located and even from the apartment, there is a view of the turquoise ocean. The apartment was in first-class condition with great, modern, and high-quality furnishings. Additionally, it was top clean, which I value. You can walk to the beach in 1 minute and enjoy a lovely stroll there, but you can also spend the day nicely and comfortably in the apartment itself. The kitchen and the bathroom offer everything you need; you could even plan for a longer stay here. Nearby, there is a supermarket, which unfortunately is not open at night; I generally like that, hence only four points in this regard. There is also a restaurant nearby where you can drink cocktails and eat. I felt very comfortable in the apartment and will definitely book here again when I fly to Fuerteventura. So far, it has really been the best apartment that I have visited on the island.

Pure relaxation at the dream beach
We have often vacationed in Costa Calma and have also stayed several times in this privately run, beautiful house. It is located 1 minute from the dream beach. The studio is completely newly renovated, very nicely furnished, and offers a fantastic view of the sea and the mountains. Everything important, such as supermarkets and restaurants, is nearby, so no car is needed. If one has rented a car, there are parking spaces directly in front of the house. The landlords are super nice and helpful, and we will definitely come back, as we felt very comfortable here. Pure relaxation.
