The open designer kitchen offers everything you need for enjoyable meals: dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and a modern kitchenette. For relaxing evenings, a fireplace provides cozy warmth.
In the living area, you can enjoy entertainment via the television and stay connected at all times thanks to free Wi-Fi. Families with small children are also considered: a baby bed and a high chair are available on request. The apartment is non-smoking and offers an allergy-friendly environment – ideal for guests who value a healthy indoor climate. However, a dog is very welcome here.
Outside, the small garden with a beach chair in the afternoon/evening sun and the terrace with comfortable garden furniture invite you to linger. Here you can relax in the greenery or enjoy the fresh air after a day at the sea. A private parking space directly at the house provides comfort and short distances. Prerow is a wonderful, small fishing village where everything can be reached on foot.
From your holiday apartment with private access, it is a 10-minute walk to the fine sandy beach, 5 minutes to the harbor, 5 minutes to the supermarket and to nice restaurants, cafés, and ice cream parlors.
The house is quietly located on a side street and enjoys a magnificent, unobstructed view of greenery, unique in Prerow. Very quiet and yet central in Prerow: 15 minutes on foot to the beautiful north beach, 5 minutes to the harbor and the Seamen's Church.
Bus stop 50m away.
Diagonally opposite there is a small, nice farm shop/organic shop.
The Darßer Ort lighthouse, the fishing villages Wieck and Born, as well as the artists' village Ahrenshoop are wonderful excursion destinations reachable by bike; by car, it's 45 minutes to Stralsund and Rostock for sightseeing. The Baltic Sea beach and national park are right outside the door.
