The car park is located approx. 50 m below the apartment building. For loading and unloading luggage, short-term parking is possible in front of the house entrance.

Kitchen (10 sq m, unheated) with electric cooker (4 hobs), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), coffee machine, capsule machine, toaster and electric kettle. Storage room in the hallway (5 sq m, unheated) with washing machine.
Upper floor: Bedroom (20 sq m) with 1 double bed (king size). Bathroom (5 sq m) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
