Newly built, state-of-the-art holiday home on the Sonnenalm for max. 6 people.
Spacious living room with a wood-burning stove and heated stove bench.
Dining area and open kitchen, three bedrooms and covered south-facing terrace. Modern bathroom with steam shower. Ski boot heater for drying and pre-warming boots, gloves etc. Underfloor heating in all rooms, each room can be tempered by its own thermostat. Large TV in the living room and two bedrooms have their own TV in addition. WLAN.
The house is situated on a 420 sqm fenced plot. Covered south-facing terrace, table with 6 garden chairs, 1 sun lounger and a barbecue are available.
Countless hiking trails and a variety of interesting excursions: ski and hiking region Tauplitzalm, Loser/Altaussee and Totes Gebirge, many lakes (Grundlsee, Altausseer See, Ödensee, Hallstätter See, Tauplitzsee and Kammersee), salt mine, giant ice caves/Dachstein. Thanks to the Grimmingtherme with seven thermal pools, a unique sauna world and the extensive wellness offer, Bad Mitterndorf is also interesting for health-conscious guests and wellness holidaymakers.

The FERIENDORF SONNENALM is located above Bad Mitterndorf, quiet and sunny in direct proximity to the forest and various hiking trails. Countless hiking trails and forest roads lead up to the alpine regions. Well signposted bike and mountain bike tours - bikes, also electric bikes can be rented in the village
Worthwhile excursion destinations: Ennstal, Salzkammergut, Dachstein-Tauern region, world cultural monument Hallstadt, Hallstädter See, Ödensee with natural swimming beach, Grundl-, Altausseer-, Toplitzsee, Dachstein ice caves and
3 salt mines. Bad Mitterndorf is a small village with all facilities for daily needs
There are banks, supermarkets, restaurants, cosy inns, thermal baths, open-air swimming pool, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, riding stables with the possibility of extended rides and a discotheque. The hiking and skiing paradise Tauplitzalm (1650 m) can be reached via the Tauplitzalm road or the cable car. A visit to the surrounding thermal baths offers relaxation.
