The house is located in Zmijavci, in a very quiet and untouched part of the Imotski area. It is a true paradise for guests seeking a quiet and peaceful location away from crowds, cities, and crowded beaches. The nearest supermarket is 4 km away. You can visit the nearby lakes (Modro Jezero, Crveno Jezero, Zeleno Jezero or Prološko Jezero) or the town of Imotski and see various sights there, such as the old town (Stari Grad) and the Topana Tower. Nearby there is also a beautiful park with the source of the Vrljika River, which offers opportunities for canoeing as well as quad or bicycle tours. Here you can visit one of many wineries; the region is known for its wine production and rural culture with excellent gastronomic offerings. Here you have the unique opportunity to taste numerous local products and enjoy privacy, hospitality, and an impressive landscape. You can also visit the Medvidovic Ranch with horseback riding in Medvidovića Draga. The numerous pebble beaches of the Makarska Riviera (Brela, Baska Voda) are 35 km away. Take a day trip to Makarska, where you can stroll along the harbor or enjoy the many bars and nightlife in the evening. Split and Dubrovnik are about 1-2 hours away by car. You can also visit two places in Bosnia and Herzegovina that are nearby and worth a visit: the famous sanctuary of Međugorje or the very oriental old streets of Mostar with the famous bridge, both about 1 hour away by car. If you prefer a mountain region, there is the Biokovo Nature Park directly above Makarska. This can be your day trip, because the view from this mountain is fantastic, you can see many islands and the coast is simply beautiful, so visiting Mount Biokovo offers a unique experience. The Skywalk on Mount Biokovo is a new attraction in the nature park near Makarska at 1,228 meters above sea level.

Here is the translation to English: **Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay** (1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a replacement tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the tenant is obliged to pay the following proportionate rental fees as compensation, taking into account any saved expenses: Cancellation: A) Cancellation from the booking date up to 60 days before the start of the rental period is free of charge. B) If the booking is canceled from 59 to 42 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the total booking price will be charged. C) If the booking is canceled from 41 to 30 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total booking price will be charged. D) For cancellations made within 29 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged. E) No-show or early termination of the stay: 100% of the total booking price will be charged. If the guest or tenant does not take up the booked accommodation or terminates the stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price. (2) A cancellation or termination is only valid if made in written form. The decisive date is the day the notice is received by the landlord.
