Cancellation terms:

Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay (1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the tenant is obliged to pay the following proportional rents as compensation, taking into account any expenses saved: Cancellation: A) A cancellation from the booking date up to 60 days before the start of the rental period is free of charge. B) In the event of a cancellation from 59 to 42 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the total booking price will be charged. C) In the event of a cancellation from 41 to 30 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total booking price will be charged. D) For cancellations within 29 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged. E) No-show or early termination of the stay: 100% of the total booking price will be charged. If the guest or tenant does not make use of the booked accommodation or ends the stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price. (2) A cancellation or termination is only effective in written form. The decisive date is the day the declaration is received by the landlord.
