The fully fenced property is surrounded by meadows and woods, yet only a 5-10 minute drive from Medulin's beautiful beaches. A small building with a shower and toilet is conveniently located by the pool. From the balcony, terrace, barbecue area, and lounge, you have an unobstructed view of the pool, hot tub, and playground with swings, a slide, and a trampoline – ideal for a relaxing family holiday. Smoking is only permitted outside the house.
