4-room apartment Erika is on two floors, connected by a gallery staircase. Ferienhaus Stephan is located directly on the sea - on the sheltered bay of the Vizula peninsula, approx. 150 meters from the new construction area "Vizula-Sunset". Apartment Erika has sea views from the balcony AND sea views from the enchanting roof terrace to the Vizula bay! The wild beaches of Vizula are opposite, on the other side of the bay (approx. 400 m away). It is about 900 m to the sandy beach (about 10 minutes on foot).
Quiet location. There is only one residential road leading to this residential area. Nevertheless, most of the beaches, restaurants, the harbor with the shopping promenade, the Lunapark and the Family Park are within easy walking distance.
